Femscapes When artists share a model, both time, views, and space are restricted. Poses may range from minutes to hours. Gestural poses, which are often done as warm ups, last only for minutes, and sometimes I paint just a small part of the model to allow me to do more than a gestural drawing. When I move completely into a right brain mode, it is like being in another world, and I begin seeing parts of the model like a landscape, and I liked the way some of these turned out. Sometimes I add flowers, clouds, and mountains. I coined the words "Bodyscape© and Femscape© to describe these paintings. As far as I can tell, these words have not been used in this way before Femscsape I- A showing at the Showcase Gallery
